Welcome to our website and the FundEd service. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Community Inspired Ltd’s relationship with you in relation to this website. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page regularly to ensure that you are happy with any changes. The term ‘service/s’ refers to all services available as part of the FundEd platform, including but not limited to the funded.org.uk website and FundEd Magazine. Each user must agree to the terms and conditions on that site in order to use the service.

The term ‘supplier’ refers to companies, individuals and other bodies who supply goods and services to schools and fundraising groups.

Suppliers agree that:

Any submitted or shared contributions that may cause offense should be reported immediately to us through the contact information provided at the foot of these terms. If you submit or share offensive or inappropriate content or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour which we consider to be serious and/or repeated, we may use whatever information that is available to us about you to stop any further such behaviour. We reserve the right to refuse, edit or delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason. We may inform you and, where we feel that these conditions have been infringed, any relevant third parties. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service or any part of the service without notice where:

• We have received complaints which we believe to be reasonable, or have reason to suspect misuse,
• We consider that you may be in breach of these terms and conditions,
• Notwithstanding the above we shall be entitled to terminate your use on three days notice to you. You may terminate your registration for the service at any time.

In consideration of payment to join FundEd, you and permitted users within your school may view, download and reproduce free of charge FundEd’s content in any format or media without specific permission from us subject to the following conditions:

• FundEd’s content may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, to the extent necessary for professional purposes,
• You may not publish, reproduce, copy, download, store, record, broadcast, retransmit, distribute or otherwise exploit (commercially or otherwise) any material or data received or contained in the website or services, other than for personal use or to share such material with colleagues within your school,
• FundEd’s content shall not be reproduced or included in any other work or publication in any medium, save to the extent necessary to include such material in professional presentations to work colleagues,  
• FundEd’s content may not be shared with or sold to any third party and/or otherwise be distributed, issued or communicated to the public,
• You may not remove any copyright contained in FundEd’s content; and
• You must not use any of FundEd’s content in a derogatory manner, a misleading context or in any way which is illegal.
